Intercession of Fr Jordan
Lord Jesus Christ, Saviour of the world, you called Father Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan to be your apostle, to make God known and loved by all people everywhere, using all the means your love inspires.
You filled him with universal apostolic zeal, with the goodness and the kindness of God in ministering, with a deep trust in God's loving providence, with a profound spirit of prayer, with a sincere devotion to Mary, Mother of the Saviour, and with the courage to follow you, even into the mystery of the Cross.
Grant also to us, his followers, the grace to proclaim the gospel in this spirit and make us effective apostles in today's world. Through the intercession of your servant Fr Francis Jordan, we ask you for our special needs ....
We present this prayer through Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Saviour, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit now and always.

From Monday 7th of September till Thursday 10th of September the Salvatorian Community in Australia gathered on the VI Regional Chapter to review and strengthen our apostolates in area of vocations, formation, Salvatorian Collaborators, working with youth especially in regards to preparation towards WYD in 2011 in Spain and our charitable support to people in need around the world.
Fr Marian Brzozowski celebrated his 25th Anniversary of Priesthood on the 31st May 2009, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish in Esperance where he has been Parish Priest for the past five and a half years. This was celebrated on Pentecost Sunday in memorable style with Mass, followed by a gathering with Parishioners.
Well it is now only two days until 40 Salvatorian Collaborators from Australia embark on the inaugural pilgrimage organised by their Leadership Team. By travelling “In the Footsteps of Father Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan” the Salvatorian Collaborators would like to mark the end of the Year of Father Jordan and to thank God for the gift of his remarkable life. Following the footsteps of Fr Jordan, they will also have an opportunity to deepen their love for this extraordinary person and priest.
To conclude our reflections on the life, apostlic zeal and charism of our Founder during the Year of Fr Jordan we have gathered on the 19th of June 2009 for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist in St Anthony's Church in Greenmount, Western Australia.
From Monday 15th of June till Friday 19th of June Salvatorian Community in Australia, under the guidance of Fr Franciszek Jadamus SDS, gathered on our annual retreat in St John of God Retreat Centre, Shoalwater, Western Australia. Fr Franciszek shared with us his priestly and pastoral experiences from his 40 years of priesthood.
We welcome in Australia Fr Franciszek Jadamus SDS who came to lead our Salvatorian annual retreat. On the 14th of June 2009 he celebrated his 40 anniversary of priesthood in St Anthony's Church in Greenmount.
On the 28th Provincial Chapter Fr Boguslaw Loska SDS - superior of the Australian Region was elected as Provincial Vicar of the Polish Province of the Salvatorians. On Friday 17th of April 2009 he left Australia to take his position in Krakow. We wish him many God's blessings in his new apostolate.
On Wednesday the 8th of April 2009 Fr Chris Kowalczyk SDS, former Master of Novitiate in Australian Region of the Salvatorians received missionary cross from the General Superior of the Salvatorians Fr Andrew Urbanski SDS.
