Continuously all over the world, Salvatorians gather and are discerning the way how to serve the people, looking together in a creative way for means which can help and lead to salvation.
We are called to Proclaim Jesus our Saviour
I’ve been back from my Salvatorian pilgrimage to World Youth Day for just over three weeks now… and not a single day has gone by where I have not thought of our journey to the City of Mercy. We prepared for months - some of us years – but I think none of us knew just quite what to expect… or how important this journey would become for us.
Finally Fr Jordan came to his school. Francis Jordan Catholic Primary School organised a statue of Fr Francis Jordan to be placed in the prayer garden. During our community meeting at the beginning of June we had an opportunity to visit this school and participate in nice and prayerful blessing liturgy prepared by children from the school.
The 6th and 7th of February were once again a time of reflection, prayer and recreation at the Salvatorian Community House in Currambine. Having attended several of these reflection days, I have come to appreciate the benefit this time has had on my own spiritual life.
On the 7th of December 2015, the vigil of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary our Australian Community celebrated together with Lay Salvatorians, Collaborators and our friends and supporters 134th anniversary of the foundation of our Society.
